For a stay exceeding 30 days visa application is referred to Malaysia. This is also called Referral Visa. Application procedure and documents required are mentioned as under.

All documents mentioned below must be submitted in duplicate.
The Applicant should have a passport valid for at least 9 months from the date of entry into Malaysia.
Two sets of visa forms photocopied back to back.
Photocopy of the first 3 pages of the passport.
Two recent passport-size photographs (35 mm width x 45 mm height) against a white background pasted and not stapled on the application form.
A typed covering letter from the Applicant explaining the purpose of visit and a sponsorship letter from Malaysia.
High Commission retains the original documents which are forwarded to the Immigration Department at Kuala Lumpur for a fee of INR 210.
Approval is usually received in a month, directly by the High Commission.
Once this is confirmed upon enquiry, the Applicant must submit his/her passport, with confirmed return tickets, for stamping of the visa.
Processing time is 5 working days.
Visa is valid for 90 days and more, as per approval.

Note:
Kindly be advised as per the new rules of the Malaysian High Commission it is mandatory now to submit original Air ticket. If a dummy ticket is submitted along with the Visa Application and on checking if found dummy, than they can black list the applicant and may never be able to travel Malaysia in future. High Commission will be taking a strong action against any agent who will submit such application. In the last week they even have black listed few agents for submitting dummy air tickets. You are kindly requested to make sure that a valid Air Ticket is submitted and not a dummy, along with the visa applicati

Business

Visa Application Form filled completely with block capital letters and duly signed by the applicant. (Note) : For applicant applying in Kolkata and New Delhi VFS (back to back Application Form is to be filled).
The Applicant should have a passport (original and copy) valid for at least 6 months upon arrival in Malaysia. Please ensure 3 (three) complete blank pages in the passport for the purpose of visa stamping and approval.
Two recent passport-size photographs (35 mm width x 45 mm height) 80% of face appearance against a white background pasted and not stapled on the application form.
Confirmed returned air-ticket with flight details & ticket no. (Original and copy).
A typed covering letter from the Indian Organization concerned recommending travel and nature of the business.
A letter of invitation from corresponding Business Associate/s in Malaysia.
Applicants traveling for the 1st time or hold a fresh passport, need to submit photocopy of the last 3 month updated bank statement (Not applicable to applications submitted in Chennai and Hyderabad)
Visa is valid from 90 days up to one year at the discretion of the Visa Officer. Single / Multiple entry visas can be issued.
Processing time is 4 to 5 working days.

Singapore Online Tourist Visa (Visa in 24hrs)

Singapore Online Tourist Visa allows travelers to visit Singapore for tourist purposes. Some features of Singapore Tourist Visa are enlisted below:

Following are the documents required for a Singapore Tourist Visa:

Visa validity : 35 days multiple entry in 90% cases
Processing time : 4-6 working days

Passport original with minimum 6 months validity
White background photos 3.5 X 4.5c.m., 80% face coverage & Matte finished
If working, Company id card Xerox and last month pay slip copy
If passport is not from Andhra, Karnataka, Kerala or Tamil Nadu, address proof of any Southern state. Address proof can be a letter from his company, or rental deed copy, etc
If husband and wife travelling, and husband name is not there in wife passport, marriage certificate copy should be produced
If uneducated and signed in the passport in local language, invitation letter or exact reason of visit should be mentioned
If a minor, below 18yrs is travelling, no objection letter from his/her father should be produced.
If a lady is travelling alone, invitation letter or working details, or purpose of visit should be produced
